Synergy

Together we can do more than the total sum of us individually.  It’s simply the principle of teamwork. There is no substitute for teamwork. When individuals work together a synergy forms that actually creates greater output than all of them do as individuals. It defies math.

We all know that one plus one equals two.  Yet, when individuals work together in a synergetic relationship, one plus one can equal more than two.  In sports, or in the business world, they call it the big Mo; the big momentum.  It’s not magic, but sometimes looks like it.  Some call it “chemistry,” others “the groove,”  For a church or ministry, it can mean the difference between surviving and thriving.

Acts 4: 32-33, “Now the full number of those who believed were of one heart and soul, and no one said that any of the things that belonged to him was his own, but they had everything in common…. And God’s grace was so powerfully at work in them all.”

Take Away
: Two can do the work of three, if they work as a team.
